Thankful
Something happened to me yesterday – I was in a car accident. Thankfully not much damage was done and there were no injuries on either part (most especially mine), aside from damage to my car (nothing major). A lot of people will probably put it off saying it was much of anything, but I would like to think that it could have been something – but thankfully it wasn’t. I keep thinking to myself, had I been slower or the car that crashed into me been faster, and other things that have been running through my head the entire time it was happening, up to the time we were negotiating repairs, and even up to the time that I drove myself home.
All in all, aside from the scare and initial panic on my part, today I am much calmer about it. Also, when I look at it, I just keep telling myself that it could have always been worse, but it wasn’t. Here’s thanking my guardian angel for watching over me and making sure nothing bad happened to me.
