This would probably NOT come as a shock to most users, but it did for me, when I opened looloo via the web this evening and noticed the log in option. And lo and behold, I just found out that users can now write reviews via their web page. This came as a lovely shock to me, despite the reality that I often write my looloo reviews in the evenings – most of the time before going to bed.

And then I checked their blog-slash-announcements page and discovered that this has been an option since January of this year!

I’m so used to using looloo on my phone, and it comes so naturally to check out what they have to offer and updates from other users from the comfort of my handheld, that I occasionally forget that if I am on the computer that I can also check things out via their site.

Serves me right too for recently forgetting to check when a notification for a looloo blog update comes out.

Still, I am beyooooooooooond thrilled that I can now write looloo reviews from the comfort of a desktop. Though mobile access gives me instant access to what I need, writing anything for me is most comfortably done either by hand or on a computer. Plus, my big thumbs often get spelling and grammatical errors when I’m trying to type on a screen. This would definitely save me a lot of effort and trouble, and I’m sure the same goes for a lot of looloo users who would love to have the option of both desktop and mobile access.

Also, besides being able to write reviews, looloo lists on its blog the other features that users now logged in, can enjoy on the website version:

• Write comments on reviews – you can even tag/mention people you follow!
• Show your appreciation and like reviews.
• Follow other awesome looloo reviewers.
• Check your notifications!
• And even save places to your looloo lists.

Definitely a thumbs up to finally have these options available!
