I put up this new scribble on my workboard a few days ago. I wrote it out on three separate sheets so I can switch happiness and choice around, realizing just recently that I should have put is a into two separate sheets as well because the philosophy student in me says so.
Happiness is a choice. We can choose to be happy, and we can choose to be sad. It is the same as saying, be positive or be negative. But at the same time, choice is a happiness. Things may not always go right, and in fact we often choose the things that are wrong for us, but having a say in what we do is a form of happiness and freedom. The freedom to choose what is right and wrong, the freedom to freely make mistakes. To some, that is a happiness.
Haven’t had a lot of time recently to practice my calligraphy.
